Shanghai Songjiang shock absorber Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for Guangzhou Metro Line 6 Lot 1 metro project in November 2015, which adopts Shanghai Songjiang waterworks flexible rubber pipe joint products. The following is the contract for Songjiang group to purchase Shanghai Songjiang waterworks flexible rubber pipe joint for Guangzhou Metro Line 6 Lot 1 project.

Introduction to Guangzhou Metro Line 6

  1. The starting point of line 6 is xunfenggang in Jinshazhou area in the west of Guangzhou. After crossing the North Ring Expressway, the elevated line goes southeast along the center of Jinshazhou road. On the east side of shafeng village, it crosses the tributary of the Pearl River with Baisha River Bridge and connects to the head of sand on the great Tansha island. Then the line turns due south, turns from elevated to underground tunnel, goes south to Tanwei station on the side of Shuangqiao Road, and transfers with line 5. After passing through Guangmao railway, the line obliquely crosses the tributary of the Pearl River, and ruyifang station is set at Duobao road within the Dachong range of the old Guangzhou south railway station. The line goes south along Huangsha Avenue, arrives at Huangsha station at Datong Road, and transfers with line 1. After that, the line goes along liuersan Road, passes through cultural park, Renmin South Road, arrives at Haizhu Square along Yide Road, and transfers with line 2. After bypassing the Guangzhou Liberation Monument, you will pass through Taikang Road, Wanfu Road, Yuexiu South Road, and then pass through a large area of buildings near Donghua South Road and Dashatou road to reach Donghu station.

 

  1. The tunnel goes through Dongshan Lake, turns to the northeast, and then transfers to line 1 at Dongshankou station along Dongshan street, Guigang Avenue and Shuqian road. Then the line turns along Nonglinxia road to the north, and transfers to line 5 at Quzhuang station again. After that, the line turns into Xianlie middle road with a small radius curve, then turns into Guangzhou Avenue North and Xinghua Road, and transfers with the branch line of line 3 at Yantang station. The line goes northeast along Yanling Road, transfers with line 3 at Tianhe passenger station, and finally arrives at the terminal changban station along Tianyuan road.

 

  1. Xunfenggang changban section of line 6 in the first phase has basically completed the operation commissioning and various preparations before the opening. It was put into trial operation at 14:00 on December 28, 2013 (the opening of Shahe station is postponed). The peak headway at the initial stage of opening is 3 minutes and 59 seconds, which is the line that achieved the minimum headway at the initial stage of opening in the history of Guangzhou metro operation. The full distance of line 6 takes 48 minutes, and the ticket price is 6 yuan.

 

  1. Among the 10 stations in the second phase of line 6, 7 (Longdong, Kemu long, gaotangshi, Huangpi, Jinfeng, siegang and Luogang stations) have their main structures capped, and 3 (botanical garden, Suyuan and Xiangxue stations) have their civil works constructed. Among the 10 sections, 8 have achieved double line connection, and the civil construction of the entrance and exit line of Luogang depot; A total of 3 shield machines are driving. The earthwork and foundation treatment of Lot 1 of Luogang depot construction is completed, the slope protection and the construction of the test line underground tunnel are carried out, and the construction of the comprehensive building foundation and the main substation pile foundation are carried out in lot 2 of construction.
