The core aim of the Guangzhou Super World initiative is to produce 8K ultra-high-definition LCD panels and affiliated downstream products. Upon operation, it’s anticipated to achieve a monthly manufacturing capacity of 90,000 panels and a yearly output value of about 92 billion. Acknowledged as a representative endeavor of “Made in China 2025” and Industry 4.0, it stands out as one of the most expansive 10.5th generation TFT-LCD panel manufacturing lines globally.

Situated in the Guangdong Province’s National-level Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, the project is executed by Super World International Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Foxconn Group. The project unfolds in two phases, with an initial investment of around 61 billion yuan. Phase one occupies 562,000 square meters, with an overall construction area of 1.795 million square meters.
